Welcome to Mitoo. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Purpose

Mitoo is a visual time perception and positive reinforcement system for families. Users select thematic scenes with ambient audio to intuitively grasp time through visual transformations. Upon completing a visual time session, an achievement badge is generated. Once manually collected, it is stored in the digital Badge Gallery. This digital collection serves as a visual record to support parents in structuring and providing their own off-screen rewards. The App is a daily assistance system and does not replace professional behavioral, psychological, or medical advice.

2. Premium Model (No Subscriptions)

• Free Tier: Includes core features and 2 scenes.
• Mitoo Pro: Unlocks the remaining 6 scenes (8 total) via a one-time purchase. Local pricing applies and is securely processed by the App Store.

3. Intellectual Property

All app components—including custom visual assets, animations, interface designs, and code—belong to the Developer. Reverse-engineering, copying, or commercially exploiting these assets is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. While engineered for stability, the Developer provides no guarantee against local runtime bugs, nor is perfect iCloud sync uptime guaranteed. The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time, and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from app execution, missed routines, or discontinuation.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Local consumer protection rights in your country remain unaffected.

6. Modifications

These terms may be updated for significant changes, reflected by the ‘Effective Date’. Continued use of the App constitutes binding acceptance of the modified terms.
