Mitoo - Privacy Policy

Mitoo App Studio (“the Developer”) is committed to your privacy. Mitoo is designed to be a safe and calm digital environment. This policy explains our strict no-data-collection approach and how your data is securely stored within your private Apple ecosystem.

1. No-data-collection

Mitoo does not collect personal data, behavioral analytics, or device metrics. The App uses no third-party trackers, requires no accounts, and monitors no usage habits. (If emailing for support, the email may include standard device info, which is completely voluntary).

2. Children’s Privacy & Safety

The Developer strictly complies with COPPA, GDPR, and App Store Kids guidelines:

• No Ads & No Tracking: The App is ad-free and contains no tracking SDKs.
• Parent Gate: Areas intended for parents, such as settings, in-app purchases, and support links, are secured by a math question to prevent accidental access by kids.

3. Data Storage & iCloud Sync

• Private Storage: Your data (such as badge collections) is stored securely on your device and automatically syncs via your private Apple iCloud account. The Developer operates no servers and cannot access, collect, or view your data.
• iCloud Local Mode & Merging: If you disable iCloud access for Mitoo in iOS settings, the App switches to a strictly local mode to protect your privacy. Previously synced badges will be temporarily hidden (displaying 0), but they remain safe in your iCloud. You can continue collecting new badges locally. Re-enabling iCloud will automatically restore your previously hidden badges and merge them with new local badges you collected.

4. Purchases & Data Deletion

• In-App Purchases: Payments for Mitoo Pro are processed securely by Apple. The Developer does not collect, process, or view your financial information.
• Deleting Data: Deleting the App wipes all local data. Cloud data can be deleted anytime via your iOS iCloud storage settings.

5. Changes to This Policy

The ‘Effective Date’ will only be updated for material changes to privacy handling. Continued use of the App following an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
